Scallop and prawn sauce

75 grams Butter
75 grams Onion
50 grams Garlic
500 grams Scallops
500 grams Prawns
1 \N Glass white wine
400 millilitres Tomato sauce
100 millilitres Fresh cream
\N \N Salt and pepper
