Potato salad with horseradish

Ingredients

4cupsApprox New potatoes, , boiled & cubed
1cupMiracle Whip® light
¼cupHorseradish, (dairy Dept.) drain
2Eggs, hard-boiled, , chopped
1cupCelery, , chopped
¼cupOnion, , chopped
To taste Sugar, Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cooked potatoes. If the potatoes are well cooked and warm it will give you the creamier salad.
