Potato salad with horseradish

4 | cups | Approx New potatoes, , boiled & cubed |
1 | cup | Miracle Whip® light |
¼ | cup | Horseradish, (dairy Dept.) drain |
2 | Eggs, hard-boiled, , chopped | |
1 | cup | Celery, , chopped |
¼ | cup | Onion, , chopped |
To taste Sugar, Salt and pepper |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cooked potatoes. If the potatoes are well cooked and warm it will give you the creamier salad.
