Pickled horseradish

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Finely ground horseradish |
| Root (use finest blade) | ||
| 1½ | teaspoon | Brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine ingredients, and let stand overnight before using. It will be hot, very hot, for several days so go easy. Makes ¾ cup.
