Pickled horseradish

Ingredients

1cupFinely ground horseradish
Root (use finest blade)
teaspoonBrown sugar
3tablespoonsVinegar
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Combine ingredients, and let stand overnight before using. It will be hot, very hot, for several days so go easy. Makes ¾ cup.
