Potato dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Mashed potatoes, hot
1½ cup Bread crumbs, fine
⅔ cup Bacon fat
½ cup Onion, chopped fine
½ cup Celery, chopped
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper, ground
½ teaspoon Sage, ground
1 \N Egg, large, beaten

Combine all ingredients. Turn into a greased 8 * 8 * 2-inch pan. Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (350*F) 30 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
