Potato dressing

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Mashed potatoes, hot |
| 1½ | cup | Bread crumbs, fine |
| ⅔ | cup | Bacon fat |
| ½ | cup | Onion, chopped fine |
| ½ | cup | Celery, chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper, ground |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sage, ground |
| 1 | Egg, large, beaten | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Turn into a greased 8 * 8 * 2-inch pan. Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (350*F) 30 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
