|2 cans||Corn; whole kernel|
|2||Tblsp brown sugar|
|½ teaspoon||Dry mustard|
|1||Envelope Shake n Bake coating mix for pork|
Spoon corn into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add sugar and dry mustard to bag of seasoned coating mix - then coat pork chops as directed on package. Arrange chops in a single layer on corn. Sprinkle any reamining coating mix over chops. Bake at 425 degrees for about 50 minutes. Cover with foil.
