| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | small | Onion chopped |
| ½ | cup | Minute rice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| ½ | cup | Oatmeal or cracker crumbs |
Directions
