|10 ounces||Frozen chopped spinach; thawed, drained, excess moisture squeezed out|
|4 \N||Boneless skinless chicken breast halves|
|11 ounces||Canned cream of chicken soup|
|1½ teaspoon||Curry powder|
|½ cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|½ cup||Cornflake crumbs|
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 35 min.
Preheat oven to 350øF. Spray a casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Press spinach in bottom of casserole in an even layer. Place chicken on top.
Combine next 3 ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly over chicken. Cover top with cheese. Sprinkle corn flakes crumbs over top, then parsley. Bake 35-40 minutes, uncovered.
