Polly's honey curry marinade for great chicken

| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 3 | teaspoons | Curry powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground pepper, coarsely |

| 1 | teaspoon | Trader Joe's Crushed Ginger |
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put in an airtight container. Baste poultry while baking at 375 degrees for one hour.
Can be made in larger quantities and stored in refer until ready for use.
