Honey curry sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Flour
2 teaspoons Curry powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Lowfat milk
¼ cup Honey

I found some recipes in the 4-9-97 edition of The Clarion-Ledger that you might enjoy.
