½ cup | Chutney; mango |
¼ cup | Orange marmalade |
1 teaspoon | Sesame oil |
½ teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
½ teaspoon | Curry powder |
4 \N | Boned and skinned chicken breast halves |
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well. Pour over chicken. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 2-10 hours. Broil for 10-15 minutes.
