1poundsBoneless pork leg cutlets cut 1/2 inch thick
1Jar (8-oz) plum jelly/preserves
½Chopped onion
¼cupWhite wine vinegar
2teaspoonsSoy sauce
1teaspoonGround ginger

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Brown cutlets on both sides. Add jelly, onion, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
