1Lemon with rind chopped

1cupSeedless raisins
1cupChopped walnuts
1teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

Mix plums, lemon and salt. Boil until soft. Add sugar, raisins and cinnamon and boil until almost jelled. Add nuts and cook five min.
