Halve bread lengthwise, cut each half in 3 pieces. Mix tomato sauce with oregano. Spread 2 Tbsp over each piece. Top with mushrooms, then green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave, one at a time HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes. Source: Canadian Living magazine March 1990
