Directions
Prepare Cheddar Muffins substituting 1 8-oz can stewed toma- tes for the milk and ¼ C  shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 T grat- ed Parmesan cheese, 2 T chopped, reconstituted, dried tomatoes, ½ t dried basil, and ¼ t dried oregano for the Cheddar and chives. Serve immediately; store any left-over muffins in the refrigerator.
