Pizza ginger (bw)

Ingredients

| 1 | each | Ready bake pizza crust |
| 12 | ounces | Boneless sirloin steak trimmed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
| 1½ | Inch piece ginger root peeled & grated | |
| 1 | Clove crushed garlic | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Corn oil |
| 1 | small | Red pepper, seeded & diced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cornstarch salt & pepper to taste |
| 6 | eaches | Green onions, sliced |
Directions
Cut steak into very thin slivers & place in a bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste, sherry, ginger, garlic, oil, cornstarch & chili sauce; mix well. Cover & refrigerate for ½ hour; stir occasionally.
Add onions & red peppers, to beef mixture & spread on pizza shell.
Bake for 7 -10 minutes at 450 degrees.
