This is a recipe from a place called Tony's Pizza here in Oregon. A friend used to work there. It is WONDERFUL! Crust:

5 Cups flour Mix together the following and let double in size: 1 c warm water 2 pkgs yeast 1 Tbsp sugar Mix in separate container while yeast rises: 1 c cold water 2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp salt

When yeast rises, add to flour & mix. Then add cold mixture and stir until flour disapears. Knead till smooth. divide into 2 - 3 balls.

Coat with oil and place on a plate. Cover with damp cloth and refrigerate until ready to use. Roll out gently with hands. Bake at 450 degrees.

Sauce:

6 oz can tomato paste 15 oz. can tomato sauce 2 t. Italian seasoning 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp garlic Salt 1 tsp basil ¼ tsp Tabasco Mix all together - spread on unbaked crust - garnish as desired with cheeses and meats, etc.
