Pistachio raita (piston-walla raita)

Ingredients

| 3¼ | cup | Plain yogurt | 
| 4 | tablespoons | Rose water | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Clear honey | 
| 36 | Unsalted pistachios shelled and chopped | |
| 1 | pinch | Ground saffron (opt'l.) | 
Directions
Stir the yogurt, rose water, honey and pistachios together and chill the mixture.  Sprinkle with saffron, if desired, and serve.
