4tablespoonsRose water
2tablespoonsClear honey
36Unsalted pistachios shelled and chopped
1pinchGround saffron (opt'l.)

Directions

Stir the yogurt, rose water, honey and pistachios together and chill the mixture. Sprinkle with saffron, if desired, and serve.
