Pistachio nut ice cream

| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 4 | ounces | Egg beaters or egg substitut |
| ⅔ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vamilla extract |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Almond extract |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
| 1 | Or 2 drops green food coloring - Optional | |
| ½ | cup | Coarsely chopped roasted pistachio nuts - UNSALTED |

Combine ingredients except pistachios in a blender or food processor and process until well combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to freeae. Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing. About a minute before ice cream is finished, add nuts and finish freezing.
