Pistachio nut ice cream

4ouncesEgg beaters or egg substitut
cupSugar
2teaspoonsVamilla extract
teaspoonAlmond extract
1dashSalt
1Or 2 drops green food coloring - Optional
½cupCoarsely chopped roasted pistachio nuts - UNSALTED

Combine ingredients except pistachios in a blender or food processor and process until well combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to freeae. Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing. About a minute before ice cream is finished, add nuts and finish freezing.
