Pistachio ice cream-2

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Evaporated Skim Milk; Frozen
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 \N Peaches; Frozen, Peeled, Diced
1 teaspoon Almond Flavoring
4 teaspoons Sugar
\N \N Green Food Coloring

Partially thaw milk and peaches. Chop in chunks with knife and place in chilled metal bowl. Add extract, sugar and food coloring. Mix on low speed till smooth. Beat on high speed until volume is doubled. Place in freezer until firm. (or you may freeze in your ice cream maker) Serves 4.
