Pineapple sherbet

Measure Ingredient
1 can Pineapple; grated, or juice
\N \N Juice of 2 oranges
\N \N Juice of 2 lemons
3 pints Sugar
1 pack Gelatine

Dissolve gelatine in 1 pt. cold water. Add 1 pt. boiling water. Add more water, leaving enough room for 1 pt. cream. Ass cream after other ingredients are partly frozen. Makes 1½ gallons. Note: 3 pts.

sugar? Assume it is added after the boiling water along with the fruit and/or juices.
