Spam and creamy noodle bake

| 1 | cup | Ricotta cheese |
| 1 | cup | Light sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; melted |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Freshly-ground black pepper |

| 1 | cup | Freshly-torn bread cubes |
| ½ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; melted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley |

Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a large bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, sour cream, onion, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, egg, nutmeg and pepper. Stir in Spam and cooked noodles. Spoon mixture into greased 2½-quart casserole. Cover. Bake, stirring until thoroughly heated.
In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients. During last 10 minutes of baking, uncover, stir and top with topping.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
