Pineapple cream candy

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar; white
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Pineapple; pulp & juice
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
1 teaspoon Butter
12 eaches Marshmallows
1 cup Nut meats

Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
