Pineapple cream candy

| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Pineapple; pulp & juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon extract |
| 1 | teaspoon | Butter |
| 12 | eaches | Marshmallows |
| 1 | cup | Nut meats |
Directions
Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
