Measure Ingredient
1 can Pet milk
3 cups Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter
1 can Crushed pineapple drained
2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Combine milk, sugar and butter. Heat to boiling point. Add crushed pineapple and cook 236F for about 25 minutes stirring constantly.

Cool. Add lemon juice and beat until crystalization begins. Pour into greased pan. Cut in squares...
