Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | cup | Lard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Egg, beaten |
| 3 | tablespoons | Ice water |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vinegar |
Directions
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, lard and butter and blend with a pastry blender. Mix egg, ice water and vinegar. Add to dry mixture a little at a time until all flour is moistened. You may not need all the liquid. Makes enough dough for a two crust pie.
