Petra's hungarian goulasch+

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Onions, sliced thinly
1 \N Red pepper, cut in 1 1/2\" chunks
1 pounds Veal or beef stew meat
3 tablespoons Paprika
\N \N Black pepper
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ pounds Mushrooms, quartered
½ cup Sour cream
\N \N Water to cover

Fry up onions and red pepper. Add stew meat and brown. Add paprika, pepper and garlic. Cover with water and add sour cream. Cook, covered, till meat is tender. add mushrooms and cook for 10 more minutes.

Serve wtih egg noodles or spaetzle.
