Pesto sauce for spaghetti

12ouncesVegetable broth; (may use water)
2ounces(or less)parmesan cheese; grated
1teaspoonChili powder
2teaspoonsGarlic; minced
1teaspoonBasil
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonCayene pepper; (opt)

Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a saucepan and allow to simmer. The longer it simmers the greater the taste.
