Comments: Pesto is a very popular sauce that has been around for years, but during the past 10 to 15 years it has become standard restaurant fare.
Although jars of pesto are readily available in supermarkets and gourmet shops throughout the United States, fresh pesto is outstanding, easy to make, and can be frozen for several months.
