While beans & berries are marinating; dice
1Scallion
1Carrot
1Cucumber
1Red onion
1Pepper
1Celery stalk

Directions

MARINATED IN

Combine everything along with 1 cup cottage cheese and fresh alfalfa sprouts. Serve garnished with tomato.
