Pepper and herb marinade

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Lemon juice
cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Instant minced onion
1 \N Clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons Chicken or beef bouillon
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ teaspoon Oregano dried

In a shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ingredients. Add chicken, beef or pork. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade.
