Pecan kisses

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg white
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Brown sugar
2 cups Pecan halves

Beat egg white until it stands in peaks. Grad- ually add brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Coat well with mixture. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let stand for 30 minutes longer. Freezes well.
