Peas amandine

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen Petite Peas
Water
Salt
4 slices Bacon; chopped
¼ cup Yellow Onion; minced
½ cup Slivered Almonds
½ cup Whipping Cream

Cook peas in salted water. Fry bacon and onion in skillet. Add peas, almonds, and salt to taste. Heat through. Stir in cream and serve in individual dishes.
