| 1 | pounds | Skinless sole fillets |
| 2 | tablespoons | Melted butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 1 | tablespoon | Slivered blanched almonds |
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Place fillets in shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with a non stick coating. In bowl combine butter, lemonjuice & seasonings. Brush fish with sauce. Broil 4-6" from source of heat for 4-6 minutes.
During last few minutes of cooking, moisten almonds with remaining sauce & spread over fish to brown lightly. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
