Peanut chutney roll

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
½ cup Chutney; minced
½ cup Toasted almonds; chopped
1 tablespoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ cup Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts; minced

Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 1 hour. Roll log in peanuts and chill overnight.
