Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
½ cup | Chutney; minced |
½ cup | Toasted almonds; chopped |
1 tablespoon | Curry powder |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ cup | Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts; minced |
Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 1 hour. Roll log in peanuts and chill overnight.
