Peanut chutney roll

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1pack(8-oz) cream cheese; softened
½cupChutney; minced
½cupToasted almonds; chopped
1tablespoonCurry powder
½teaspoonDry mustard
½cupUnsalted dry-roasted peanuts; minced

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 1 hour. Roll log in peanuts and chill overnight.
