Recipe by: 365 Great Chocolate Desserts - ISBN 0-06-016537-5 Preparation Time: 0:23 1. Sandwich together 2 Ritz crackers with about 1 tsp peanut butter in between; set aside.
2. Place white chocolate in a medium glass dish. Heat in microwave on Medium 2 to 3 mins, stirring twice, until melted and smooth.
3. Using a fork, dip filled crackers into melted white chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Place on a wax paper-lined 10 x 15-inch jelly-roll pan. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
NOTES: Simple to make; but great for gifts. Novel goodies that will : not long enough to worry about storage.
