|4 tablespoons||Peach preserves|
Coat cubed boneless pork with taco seasoning mix, brown in a little oil in a skillet. Add an 8 oz. jar of salsa and 4 tablespoons of peach preserves to skillet, stir to mix well, cover and lower heat.
Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
