Peanut butter casserole

| ¾ | cup | Peanut butter |
| 1 | cup | Carrots, sliced |
| ¾ | cup | Tomato sauce |

| 1 | Onion, large chopped | |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ¼ | cup | Green peppers, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Directions - Couldn't be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour.
