Peach-nutmeg frappe

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Peach Slices
1 cup Vanilla Low-Fat Ice Cream
½ cup Skim Milk
1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
⅛ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Mint Sprigs; Optional
Ground Nutmeg; Optional

Combine the peach slices, ice cream, milk, powdered sugar, and ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour the frappe into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately.
