Peach amaretto frappe

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fat free or lowfat milk
1 large Ripe peach; peeled, pitted and cut into eighths, or
2 Canned peach halves; drained
5 Or 6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until very smooth and foamy, about 1 minute. Pour into a chilled glass and serve. Makes 1 serving.
