Pea & carrot salad with lovage

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Fresh peas |
| 1½ | pounds | Baby carrots |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise (tofu or regular) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Natural yogurt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Chopped lovage |
Directions
Slice carrots. Combine with peas & steam for no more than 15 minutes. Cool slightly.
Mix together the mayonaisse & yogurt. Add mustard. Fold in the lovage, followed by the peas & carrots. Allow to cool completely, then serve.
