Pasta with tomato mint sauce

| 3 | pounds | Tomatoes, peeled -- seeded |

Directions
Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile, cook and stir garlic in hot oil until golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, mint and salt. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta.
