Pasta with tomato basil cream sauce

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 \N Cloves minced garlic
2 pounds Very ripe fresh tomatoes; peeled
½ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Fresh chopped basil
½ cup Wine
\N \N Black pepper
½ cup Heavy cream
\N \N Pasta

Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic in oil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove skillet from heat. In a food processor or blender, combine peeled tomatoes, salt and chopped basil. Process until combined, but still a little chunky. Return skillet to heat. Pour in tomato mixture and add wine. Simmer over low heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Season to taste with pepper. Stir in cream and heat (over low) until warm throughout. Serve over your favorite pasta, prepared according to package directions.
