Pasta with red pepper and broccoli

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon peel; grated |

| 3 | cups | Broccoli florets |
| 1 | Red pepper; oven roasted for 10-15 minutes, cut in strips | |
| 8 | ounces | Angel hair pasta; uncooked |
| 1 | tablespoon | Romano cheese; grated |
| Crushed red pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Combine broth, lemon peel, and black pepper in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in broccoli, red pepper and pasta; return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Transfer to pasta bowls and sprinkle with cheese and crushed red pepper, if desired.
