Pasta broccoli sauce

Ingredients

¼cupOlive Oil
3Garlic Cloves, minced
¼teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonDried Red Pepper Flakes
1cupCream
poundsBroccoli
¾cupGrated Parmesan
Black pepper

Directions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan and add garlic, pepper and red pepper.

Saute until garlic is lightly browned, 5 min. Add cream and cook gently 20 min. to thicken, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut broccoli into flowerets. Place in a separate pan, cover with water and cook until done, drain and set aside. Add cheese to sauce mixture, and blend. Add broccoli to sauce and pour over pasta.
