Chocolate orange cake

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Pam spray
1 \N Egg
½ cup Lowfat buttermilk
2 teaspoons Very ripe bananas
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1 teaspoon Finely grated orange peel
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Self-rising flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ cup Tiny semisweet chocolate chips
\N \N Cocoa powder and orange peel for garnish

Add the remaining ingredients except garnish. Mix gently.

Pour into the bundt and bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely, turn out on a plate and sprinkle with cocoa and orange peel.
