| 1 | each | Egg |
| ⅓ | cup | Oil |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | each | Pear or Apple; grated <OR> 1/4 c fruit juice |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Cinnamon (omit if using orange juice) |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Passover Baking Soda |
| 1 | cup | Cake Meal |
| ½ | cup | Nuts; chopped (less if they are very finely chopped) |
| ¼ | cup | Raisins |
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, beat egg slightly. Add oil, sugar, cinnamon, grated fruit <OR> juice. Mix well. Add baking soda, cake meal, nuts and raisins one at a time, mixing after each addition. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet> Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
