Passover - cheese matzoh souffle

| 1 | cup | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | Lemon & rind; grated , Juice of | |
| 1 | Orange & rind; grated , Juice of | |
| ¾ | cup | Dried fruit; snipped into sm. pieces |
| ⅔ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Greased 9 x 13 inch pan - 350 degree oven.
Beat eggs; add milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and rind, sugar, matzohs and fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
