|1 pounds||Cottage cheese|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
|1||Lemon & rind; grated , Juice of|
|1||Orange & rind; grated , Juice of|
|¾ cup||Dried fruit; snipped into sm. pieces|
Greased 9 x 13 inch pan - 350 degree oven.
Beat eggs; add milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and rind, sugar, matzohs and fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
