Passover - cheese matzoh souffle

4Eggs
1cupMilk
½cupSour cream
1Lemon & rind; grated , Juice of
1Orange & rind; grated , Juice of
¾cupDried fruit; snipped into sm. pieces
cupSugar

Directions

Greased 9 x 13 inch pan - 350 degree oven.

Beat eggs; add milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and rind, sugar, matzohs and fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
