Cheesecake passover

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pounds Cream cheese
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Sugar
\N \N Pie crust
\N \N Cheese cake
\N \N Topping
6 tablespoons Margarine into chunks
1 cup Matzo meal
1 teaspoon Vanilla- or
1 tablespoon Orange juice
½ teaspoon Vanilla

TOPPING

Combine all ingredients in processor bowl and process until well blended. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate. Do not bake.

Process cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla for 30 sec. Spread cheese mixture over crust. Bake in 375 oven for 25-30 min. or until set.

Cool.

Combine all ingredients and process. Spread over cake and return to oven for five min. Cool and chill.
