Party ryes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Several packages of little party-rye bread rounds
\N \N Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
\N \N Finely chopped black olives
\N \N Finely minced onion
\N \N Just enough mayonnaise to make it \"spreadable\"
\N \N Real bacon bits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Here's one of those recipes for which there is no specific amount. Just grate a bunch of sharp cheddar cheese, add chopped black olives and minced onion to you taste, and just enough Mayo to make the mixture spreadable, not wet.

Spread a healthy amount of mixture on each party rye and dust the top with a little real bacon bits. Place on a cookie sheet and bake until bubbly.

Transfer to a serving platter and watch them disappear.
