Parsleyed dumplings

| ½ | cup | Stemmed parsley |
| 2 | slices | Quartered white bread |
| 1¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Melted butter |
Directions
Combine parsley & bread in food processor. Whirl until medium sized crumbs. Add flour, powder & salt. Whirl just until combined. Add milk & butter to food processor. Pulse, using on & off motion just until blended. Drop mounded Tbls. of dumpling mix onto simmering soup.
Cook, covered, 12 minutes or until dumplings are dry in center. Serve immediately with soup.
