Parmesan mashed potatoes

| 2⅔ | cup | Frozen mashed potatoes |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| ¼ | cup | Freshly grated parmesan |

Directions
Heat milk, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat until steaming hot, about 6 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot, about 6 minutes. Add butter and cheese; stir until butter melts.
