|¼ teaspoon||EACH salt and pepper|
|2⅔ cup||Frozen mashed potatoes|
|1 tablespoon||Butter or margarine|
|¼ cup||Freshly grated parmesan|
Heat milk, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat until steaming hot, about 6 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot, about 6 minutes. Add butter and cheese; stir until butter melts.
